An Edwarian/Victorian channel expressing the beauties of the past.

A woman, preparing and churning cream, while an adorable kitten tries to drink it all up! How darling.

Two little girls having a "tea party". What sophisticated manners and dress back then. Such a shame to look at the remnants of these things.

I cannot help from loving the American Girl Samantha, a girl from 1904. One of my favorites, truly.

Follow the footsteps....
Follow me on this journey through the past, to the best era of all time- The Victorian/Edwardian period. Come forth, so we can explore these wonderful gems of our past! The Victorian and Edwardian era are VERY similar- they run back to back. Especially in america, they are considered all the same. The Edwardian era only lasted 10 years- while the Victorian lasted 63! The Victorian era runs from the mid 1800s-1901. Edwardian runs from 1901-1910. Many people associate the flatter skirts to Edwardian era, and puffy dresses to Victorian. Not many know, that since the Victorian era was so long, those fashion changes actually took place inside the Victorian era. Many people, including myself, consider the Victorian and Edwardian era together, all apart of Victorian. The fashion didn't change, nor did manners and things of the like. This amazing period has lasted from 1845-1915, up until the roaring 20's came up with a bang.
