Moriarty is dead, We saw him kill himself, here's my theory of how he 'came back'
Moriarty can't possibly be alive:
He clearly shot himself on that roof top. We saw it. It happen. Steven Moffat even claims he's dead. But, In the original Sherlock Holmes stories, Moriarty has a twin brother, James Moriarty. And the one true Moriarty is Professor Jim Moriarty, so what if it was the BROTHER who shot himself on the roof?
