Letting people know that people should be accepted for their native language!
People of the world! This is Dancebear! I'm Canadian! I'm French! And i can talk English also. As you can see I may not have the best grammar on OldCP. Want to know why? I'm not American, British... I wasn't born English.
The people on OldCP that want to be moderators and they don't have English as their main language shouldn't be upset. They should have the same attention, same chance as everyone!
