Senior Tour Guide - Shows excellence in assisting users, served as a tour guide for a month or longer.
Tour Guide - Assists users whenever they require it. Welcomes new users and shows them the game.
Junior Guide - Training to be a Tour Guide. Learning how to assist users.
Board of Directors - Power to hire, promote, demote or fire any staff member.
