1) If the leader of a rank is wanting to demote/promote one in the rank, they must tell King Coca Drake and he will set up a meeting where they will reach an agreement in a specific way.
2) They will meet every Tuesday starting 7/14/2015 @3:15 pm EST to talk about the issues of DaCrew at jr partridge @DaCrew's secret server.
