I have a complain for the Staff. We can't help it if we're inactive. Maybe it's family problems. Or we're in the hospital. We get demoted for no reason. Hashir was demoted for being inactive. Maybe something important. So I suggest bringing him back to the Staff. That is not how you treat the Staff.

I thought about this a little while ago. Yes you need to be active to be a mod, but some people CAN'T. If you guys haven't noticed, I have been not on for a while now.

I agree. I am sorry for myself being inactive. But i am busy, and I just started school again. I struggle to find time to get online.

Part of a moderators job is to be active on the community. To have a moderator take up a staff position and not actually use it would be a waste. Yes, things come up, and if you are going to be inactive, you should notify an admin, but if you are inactive continuously, for long periods of time, perhaps someone else should take your spot. If you are too busy to make time for moderation, you shouldn't be a moderator in the first place.

Don't take pride in being inactive hoping other people will think you have a life to live, just be formal and inform your superior that you won't be on for a bit, and then they will not think you're not using the community for no reason.

What if it was like what happened with me where your computer won't let you forums so you have to wait weeks to get back on it on an alternative computer? That is what happened with me and I couldn't even tell anybody because I couldn't get on. Well at least I don't have to worry about that anymore. Even though it was very scary.

Well you should find some way to get on to tell someone.
And, well said, Damen.
