Well, from the clues, we know the person was either:
1) Against Dice
2) Against Mods in general, but wanted to pick on the new mods
3) Was someone jealous of you Dice
4) A mean person who wanted to make everyone miserable
Well, these are just ideas, but I know at least one of them are true. There are a numerous amount of suspects I have in mind, and Dice- just to let you you, I'm on your team, and I will do anything to help you. I am on your side, and I'm willing to do everything to figure out this.

I don't know about number three because you said wanted to pick on all new mods. Dice wasn't the only new mod. In that case he would be jealous of all of the new mods before they achieved their positions.
