Yes, you are ipbanned, Damen ipbanned you because he thinks you are the hacker because, The hacker hacked on your account and delete a lot of mod accounts. And demoted a lot of people from the staff list. This is why you can not get on. He might unban you, Or he might keep you banned forever.

No, Damen knows he is not the hacker but Damen is afraid that if he DIDN'T ipban him the hacker would hack his account again and delete all the staff again!
