~Guest - If you are bad and left forums.
~Rookie - Everyone starts out as this.
~Member - Earned when 50 Good post and 50 Rep.
~NewsReporter - Work hard and report the news.
~Master - Earned when made 400 good post and 100 Rep.
~Moderator - Hard to earn must be a trusted user and never mean.
~Admin - Hardest to earn must be really trustworthy and be a mod for a while.
