Hello everyone, Zeternal here with a tutorial of how to screenshot.

First: You must search for snipping tool in the start. For windows 8, you must click the little magnifying glass and once you are in the search,put in "snipping tool"

Next: Once you find snipping tool, click on it and then drag the cursor of where you want to screenshot.

Third: It will open up the editing piece and you can choose to edit it, if you are done with editing, click on the save button and choose a name for your screenshot.

Fourth: You go to trusted sources to upload. Such as imgur, photobucket, and imageshack.

Fifth: Once you upload your screenshot, share it with everyone else online!

There is that, and there is lightshot. Not many people can have Windows 7 for that and lightshot is able to make the picture a URL without have to put it on tinypic or photobucket. http://prntscr.com/ is where you can download it to your desktop, or if you have Google Chrome installed you can add lightshot. By going here https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/lightshot?hl=en to add it to chrome. Snipping tool cannot make it a URL without you actually doing it yourself.
