Penguin Watch Application!

Introduction: Hey Guys its your friend Gamer! Now i have decided to make this PW/Penguin Watch application because i will be looking forward to take part and stopping rude hackers or people who are committing people as hackers or people committing people for doing a crime. And i will also be looking forward to stopping bully issues. Reasons: My reason i wanna join the PW because i am very capable of joining this amazing order or agency Damen has created some people have been committed for hacking, scamming passwords from moderators or other users to steal there credits or mess around with the mod panel ETC. I also know that PW Is for penguin watch. I also know the commitments what a PW Member must make here they are. Now if i want to be a Worthy member on the penguin watch i will have to be responsible for my learning or anything etc. Commitments a PW member must make: Once a brother, always a brother. You can never leave the PW once you are employed. Always undercover. A brother of the PW must never reveal their abilities to others. If their cover is blown, they will be sentenced to death and may never gain a rank again. Captains of the PW can reveal their position in the Penguin Watch, but undercover brothers must never ask for this promotion. Online 3 times per week, 10 minutes each. A brother of the PW must commit to the minimum online time. If this is betrayed their rank will be stolen. Penguin Watch members at times of distress on OldCP, perhaps a crisis to do with the Crime Office, will be entrusted with a firearm. Firearm rules apply to these members. Fight against bullies, you do not need to judge according to the individual rules like moderators, you can kick a bully if you think they are being mean. I will be looking forward to take part and stopping rude hackers or people who are committing people as hackers or people who are committed for doing crime. And i will also be looking forward to help penguins with the crime and solve it. And i don't want to blow my cover or reveal my secret to anyone or my friends i will keep it all to myself.

Well that isnt the reason i wanted to be Pw i want to be pw because i wanna help penguins and help out with solving crimes and solve them.
