What is Kissing up/Sucking up?

Sucking up is when you are pretending to be someone you aren't, to get something/try to get something.

Sucking up
"Hi, Damen, you are really cool and I really like you and stuff because I love Toblerone and Sherlock and you are a really awesome guy. Can I have Moderator?"

Not Sucking up
"Damen, I thank you for making OldCP! Also, I kinda like Toblerone too, but not so much Sherlock. Anyway, see ya 'round! "

So you see, even if someone does like Damen and things he likes, and says nice things about him and Cyberwolf, it does not mean they are sucking up to them.

This is great! SO people can know about things like that, too. Lots of newbies do that here. It's important to read the Rules. c; +1

Yes, On OldCP I see people sucking up A LOT. When we were voting mods, someone said Oh Damen, You are the best man on earth! Better than me! That is sucking up

I.. dont think that's sucking up.... Well maybe to get attention but not really. It's maybe like 80% sucking up...
