Recently, a new category was added called "Public appeals". I have had to move numerous posts from this category already, it's not being used correctly by some users.

What is it really for?

"Public Appeals" is here so you can appeal on behalf of your banned accounts. This can be if you think your ban is unfair, etc. You have a freedom of speech to state your opinion. It's not the the correct category where you fill out a few personality questions for fun.
