Why Do I Want Moderator: I Want A Moderator Because. I Am Workign Very Hard To Earn Moderator. My Long Lasting Goal On Damens Websites Are To Become A Moderator. I Am Very Active, (On The Community Atleast 3-5 Times On A School Day) I Am Very Trusted, (Which Means I Have A Master On The Fourm Which Shows I Am Very Trusted) I Am Also Very Helpful On The Community (This Shows That I Am Very Trusted And Make Very Helpful Posts) I Think I Am Offically Ready For This Rank After A Lot Of Thought About Am I Truly Ready.

What Would I Do With My Rank: First Off! I Would NEVER Abuse My Powers. I Would Only Us My Powers If Someone Cursed And Reapidly Curses In A Discussion, I Would Delete Posts/Discussions If Someone Kept On Spamming, I Would Lock A Discussion If It Was Dramatic Offending One Another. To Show That I Would Help The Site Much More By Beeing More Active, Show Damen That I Apperciate The Rank He Has Given Me I Would Be Very Helpful, And To Show That I Am Very Trustworthy I Would Use All The Moderator Expectations.

How I Can Be A Role Model: I Would Be A Role Model By Helping Out Many New Users And Other Users On The Fourm And Oldcp. If There Were A new Oldcp Moderator Or Admin I Would Pm Them On Fourms On What To Do And Not To Do. If A New Fourm Moderator Or Admin I Would Help Them Very Much To Show Them How They Can Use There Powers For Very Good Reasons.

How I Would Use My Powers: I Would NEVER EVER Abuse My Powers. I Would Use My Powers To Ban A User For Cussing And Reapidly Cursing, I Would Delete A Discussion/Post Then Pm The User That They Were Spamming Discussions/Posts, If Someone Broke The Rules And Someone Got A prntsc I Would Pm The User A Warning But If They kept On Breaking The Rules I Would Give Them 3 Chances But If A User Or A Moderator Got A Prntsc Of Them Keep On Breaking The Rules I Would Ban Them For Doing It Behind My Back.


If I Was The Moderator Only Online: If I Was The Only Moderator Online And I Trust Some Masters I Would Pm Them That They Can Help Me Keep The Site Safe. I Would Tell Them That If They Have Prntsc To Use That To Catch Users Breaking The Rules. Then After A While If They Keep On Helping Out Me And Some Other Moderators I may Reccomend That User To Damen!

Do I Have The Fourm Moderator Expectations: Yes I Do Have All Of The Expectations. I Am A Master I Was Made A Master Possibly Around A Week Ago. I Am Very Trustworhty Since I Was Made A Master. IA m Very Active I Am On Atleast 3-5 Times On Schoolday On A Weekend I Am Online 5-10 Times On A Weekend. I Am Helpful On The Fourms I Have Made Many How To Posts.
