Hi, I'm JayZ. I love OldCP, and I would love to be a Penguin Watch member. I'm applying for Penguin Watch in this discussion. First of all, I feel I need to serve OlCP. I need to be able to be known as a part of people. I know it's up to the PW captains, Damen, or Cyberwolf to choose PW, but please support me on this.
