He was lying, he wasn't banned because Gamer changed his ip. I ipbanned Gamer and he said "I have the same ip has him because we live in the same house" Then I asked "Why weren't you banned, then? I ipbanned Gamer" Then he replied "I am at my friends house" It is 7:00 in the morning, so I thought that was a lie, and I knew Gamer can change ips, so I ipbanned iZach.

Yes iTom was a witness in this. But remember people can lie so it might be gamer still
