I think you could add things about how you know how penguin watch works and things like that.

Then if you did what I just said it you would the post would probably a little better i'm not saying that it is bad it just needs some more details thats just my opinion.

You should add more on why you should be selected as PW. Add details about how you would protect the citizens of OldCP, and why you want to protect OldCP. Great structure though, it just needs more support and detail.
