Clues to the Mine Freezing

Hey guys so when I was at the mine here is what I found

a barrel is tipped over! and there is more than one puddle, inside the mine the sign is all black and there are scratch marks on the walls! There are 2 unfrozen metal bars! is this a Blackhawk attack???!!
