First of all, you should know that asking for Moderator continuously lowers your chances of earning it. Also, begging the staff to un-ban you might not help. They will un-ban you when they feel you've learned your lesson.

hey maybe he didn't know! He's probably new and didn't know asking for mod was bad, i prefer if you give him a second chance and please dont leave any mean reply's to my comment its just my opinion.

You don't go through life asking for things; e.g. Mod on here. Do you just constantly ask for a promotion at your job? No. You only do so when the time is right. Not on like your first day. Just like on here. You don't ask for Mod the first day you join.
