Hey guys Star here! Today I am applying for a Pw captian. I know you guys are thinking do undercover first! But let me stop you right there. I just feel like undercover gives you a lot of stress and pressure because you could get treasoned. Thats why I want a captian rank instead. So back on topic I hope you like my Pw application! ~Starwolf~

Expirence on oldcp and forum: I joined oldcp in v4 but never plated until v6. I joined the forum October 9th 2013.
Introduction: Hello Damen! I am Starwolf and today I am applying for a pw captian. I have been thinking about your offer for this rank and I decided to apply for it first. But if you don't make a Pw captian I can always compete for it in the moderator comp! So i hope you like my application!
Why do I want this rank: I want this rank because my dream on oldcp and the forum is to get a moderator. And since Pw are moderators in training and I want to have a mini moderator expirence since I can get used to having powers but not full powers. Also I want to try to help make oldcp safer since moderators are not really on in early morning and late night I could be on then making oldcp safer.
What I would do: Since Pw does not have a gun anymore it would be easier with just powers. If someone was cussing I would give a warning kick then I would tell that user I kicked them and it is a warning. But if they do it again I will talk to that user privatly telling them I am putting them on warnings I would give them three more chances. But if I catch them doing it the first two times. I would ask a moderator to come on because I would be logging off. I would tell the mod about that user and that they have one more chance. But if a moderator catches that user cussing they would ban that user and tell me what happned.
Why I think I am capable for this rank: I tihnk I am capable for this rank because I have met all the moderator requierments and expectations. Damen has also offred me a Pw rank before but I needed time to think and now I am applying for a first step. I am a master on the forum, I am trusted by many moderators, I am well known around the community, and I am also very active.
How I would feel if i get premoted: I would feel very happy if I got premoted. I would make a post that I got premoted to a Pw capitan. But I would NOT brag because I could be demoted. I would know that I have tried really hard for a newer rank on oldcp I am also taking small steps to a moderator but I would want to be a PW for a little while so I can enjoy my job while it lasts and I could have time to think if I am ready to move up to a moderator.
Conclusion: So Damen this has been my applciation for a Pw watch captian. I hope you understand why I don't want a undercover pw. So I hope you like my application and consider making me a Pw captian because it would mean a lot to me! Bye Damen! ~Starwolf~

Nice long, thorough application! I think you would be a great captain, but I'd rather have you be just PW first, so you are experience by the time you are a captain.
