You may need to wait cuz you cant become Penguin Watch that fast. Also you need to add in expirince. And maybe some more of why you should become Penguin Watch cuz this is kinda like asking

Also you will not need to report a moderator as penguin watch gets all moderator commands .E.g. Kick and ban
