I have started on a Agency for oldcp called sp-fed= Secret Penguin federation. This is a Agency me and my sister was working on Before she was going more on her homework rather then sp-fed so i have been working on this and its finally ready


The sp-fed acts the same as pw only they are a elite version of them so they should not show thier rank and they should not blow their cover. If they do then they will be kicked of the sp-fed and will not be accepted for sp-fed agian


The sp-fed is a hard rank to achive since its a elite Group so good application and if your intrestead you can pm me a application so i can see
