Why is the jail green?

Hello everyone and today i Went to the /jail and i spotted that it was green some rocks were green. There was some kind of green glass and i was like. Ok? and ??????????????????. So is this a bug or is this a new update for the prison. Cus i am very counfused

Well this was a post i just wanted to make if this was some kind of bug

Yes, I saw it too. It changed to Green color and on wall too. I think that maybe be Bug or something from them.

It's a movieclip bug, probably because you tried to access jail in the wrong way
