I think its the iceghosts or not.

it is either the iceghosts or a decoration for a party in old club penguin so we must pretend the game is closed or close it for a while then open it when the iceghosts forget about it also we can just ban but it is snowing so that must of caused and I was in old club penguin when oldcp.biz wasn't there and it was frozen so it must not be iceghosts
