just know this I worked for months to achive mod and earn respect from cyber and damen I had mod for a few months and I did a good job and damen and cyber demoted me acting like it was nothing..... they seem to be more strict then I thought

Locked. Brndav, please stop complaining about demotion as it is overall lowering your chances of ever achieving moderator again. As for the reason this thread is locked, well, I don't think we need any drama arising.
