Healers Can't Heal!

This morning, Ollo man-slaughtered me after a spar battle (by accident). So I gave DanceBear 100 Gold (she is a Royal Healer) to heal me. So in-game she said /heal toby and it did not work.

Please fix this for me, I hate being a noob.

oh, whats this safe system and how does it work?
Say /spar (another Knight with a sword) then they say /yesfight or /nofight. Then there's a winner at the end.
