You did not get ipbanned for no reason; it is called glitch ipban. There are also glitch kicks which are more common, but I do not think you should quit anyway. If penguins bully you, at least report them privately, or ignore them. Penguins should not leave because they are devastated from something.
My personal thought is that there is still something in store for you; this is just a minor setback. I beg you to stay and find out
