You can for sure become a Royal Wise one. Simply apply for it to try and get a position. ;)

Easy! Make a Application and talk about you and why you wanna be a Royal Wise one! You need experiance (sorry if i get incorrect spelling :P) you need reasons why! Then Probaly Damen or i forgot who makes the Royal wise one (i think its IWUVBAKON) Will apply you for it and you will be a Royal Wise one, if you dont get it! and Damen doesn't accept you, try it again or get something different. Make your application on this category.
