The hound is part of ice-ghost i think e's the leader of them... I don't know though because ice-ghost was on the same time as hound!
You need to ban/ipban the hound he's making oldcp a bad place.
He's killed 3 people now, it can come to the whole population of oldcp!

Glathir is telling the truth, the Hound is evil but his a zombie! just like Damen said "The Hound is a zombie, but his mad, his thirsty to kill" He kills innocent ppl a lot!
