The hound is dead now,But last time he was killed he did come back,Didn't he? so there are chances he will come back again.For now we are safe,But not for long.

I believe so but we are safe for a long time the reason he was bought back is because betterbear healed him and in one billion years he will be back because he is in a chasm that lives for one illion years :D
