Cant Redeem Gold?

Hello Everyone

Today I tried to redeem my gold. It said "please set up an oldcp account to the forums" I mean what the heck does that mean? I do have a forums account.... So if someone could help me out I would be thankful :)

Adawg, I having same prob. Tennis, I was already logged into forums and it still didn't work

You have to link it, so go to the bank in old cp, click the desk and link it.
