Hello everyone. I am going to do a story about a Cat running away from her home.

It was a rainy day when Maddie the cat was cuddling in her bed. She was fast asleep. Her owner Rachel came home. Rachel put her wet coat up. Her hair was soaking wet. She took her shoes off. "Hi Maddie!" said Rachel. Maddie woke up and rolled over. Rachel petted her fur. She got up. She went in the bathroom. She ran hot water. Rachel got in. Maddie also came in. She got on the side of the bath. Rachel petted her. "Maddie, please get me the mail." said Rachel. Maddie got up and went outside. Maddie felt the hard rain fall on her. A dog came up to her. "Uh oh." said Maddie. "Ooh! Something to chase!" said the dog. Maddie ran while the dog was chasing her. "Ahhhhhh!" yelled Maddie. The dog barked. Maddie saw a little hole that she can go in, but the dog couldn't. She jumped in. The dog bumped his head on the hole. The dog went away. Maddie looked out the hole. She saw it was clear. But she couldn't find her home. "Where is Rachel's house?" asked Maddie. She got out of the hole and looked around. "Where am I?" she asked to herself. "You are in my neighborhood." said a voice. "Who said that??" asked Maddie. "I said that." said a voice. " I am behind you." said the voice. Maddie quickly looked around. "Who are you?" asked Maddie. "I am Julie." said the voice. It was another neighborhood cat.
