Hello, fellow penguins! I'm LiveToDance and today I will be applying for a moderator position in the OldCp staff! First let me tell you a little about myself: I am 13 years old, my birthday is on November 19th, and some of my hobbies are dancing, singing, learning, and art.


Helping around the island is needed these days! Everyday, there are users online that break the rules. And, to change that around here, we would need more protection. And when it comes to working, I always take it seriously and never mess around. I believe that no one should get away with doing something inappropriate or bullying. It feels good to help around the island and make users feel safe. And It is also important to have trusted people to help out. Which I am one of them. Answering questions, protecting players, and making the community brighter are many reasons why we need moderators. Some staff members are always busy or handling other issues while others are waiting for help, which I would be one of those to always be there. Some people think if there is no moderator online, they can break the rules. But, that is incorrect. There should be moderators online at every moment to patrol so users feel safe and not threatened by bullies, cussing, and etc... So it would be easier if we had more trustworthy, loyal, and helpful members to take care of problems like I stated.


I would want this job because it feels good to have safety around and help those in need. It makes me smile when I see a lot of players taking it easy and having fun. Some members of OldCP need help often, in which I would be honored to give advice and improve the neighborhood. Many users get frightened when someone bad comes near, but with the security that is needed, there will never be low self confidence again! It feels nice to make the community a little kinder and safer.


I have been part of the staff on a few other websites that have been shut down years ago. So I know how to treat players nicely, and how to do the job correctly. I have also been trained by Jesse and Indigopalace on the proper skills to be an Imperial Knight which has taught me so much about keeping the island safe. Added to that, lately, I have been elected a helper on a few xat chat programs, but for an unknown reason one has been shut down by the owner.


I am very trustworthy, especially with working on an important situation. I always handle business well and make the right decisions. You can always count on me to do the job correctly and to not get too overwhelmed with it. If I make a mistake or break the rules, you can depend on me to come clean. I never like to lie, and never will. Even if someone close to me has done something wrong, I have to always be responsible and tell the truth.


I am usually on time for a special meeting or gathering unless there is an occasion taking place. But, if not, I am online from the time span of 4 - 6 hours each day depending on what is happening at that time. I can always be relied on to attend something important or just to be on watch duty.


I would never abuse my powers or my rank. Just because I have these privileges, does not mean I can act rebellious. Even if I get angry, I would not do something like that. I am always responsible and I will never let you down. Being a part of the staff is an honor and I would not want to hassle with it.

Reasons why I would make a good choice for an OldCp moderator
