Actually, as Adawg said, you only want power, and I think with detectives don't have any powers, only the inspector and sergeant have powers, and powers are not everything in the world, if you're wise, you should know that...

Ah nope, everybody have power of help the crime office, the dets or apprentices are officially part of it, everybody in DSGHQ is a detective consultant, it means, the user is not part of the crime office, but, help out, so, user can take screenshots, make theories and etc.
Detectives are members of the crime office, and are officialy people with helped the crime office, or made effort to be part of it, and another thing, you are applying to forums det or in-game detective? Note: If you apply for in-game det?
