Hello,
1) No, the snowball servers aren't ready.
2) Cyberwolf restarted a game server while I was testing on another.
3) That's why it kept doing loads of weird stuff.
Don't worry, the snowball match server is coming out soon and it's not meant to be on Blizzard.
So heres the answer: It was a GLITCH. caused by unhappy chance
