I am very kind I am helpful to people I am on line everyday at 7:00 I see that admins are very busy so I think I will fit in to do a good job I know a lot of thing on oldcp I know when Mikomi was heald voted as the Helper of DSGHQ and so I know a lot of mods and since the /jrs are gone I know how to get there

You need to be a Moderator to apply for admin and you can just apply for Master earn mod then apply for admin

I'm sorry, but You won't get administrator by applying, and besides, you need to become a moderator first. If you haven''t know, becoming an administrator takes HUGE responsibility. Actually, moderator takes a lot of responsibility aswell. In DSGHQ history, only 6 people became administrator. With a site like this, and it's popularity, theres rare chances you'll get the job. Although, you've done a nice application!
