Hello,
Today people witnessed a user named SnailX say curses that were supposed to ban him however it didn't happen until a fellow moderator banned the user him/her self. I was trying to investigate how was he bypassing the ban. Then it hit me the reason why he or she was able to curse without being banned is because he is using letters from the Russian Alphabet.
(Patch the Russian alphabet as soon as possible)

I can use the Russian Alphabet on OldCP. Not like Sunset showed you.

I agree. I hate it when users break the rules. It creates stress for me when I am bullied with them.
Also, great report. Remember to mail a moderator a report about a user too! But, you must have proof (screenshot) of the user that cussed! Hope this helps!
