Hello, today I want to introduce a new system in which all staff members will help build a group of ideal moderators so that when we need new mods we have some already to be promoted.

This is your job, moderators and admins

Applications
Read Applications that are made for Moderator rank on a DSGHQ game or these forums. Then, once read use the 'Read' button to mark the discussion as read so the applicant knows their application was seen.

Then if you like the application, make a post in the Mod Section saying who that person is and link their app. I then will be able to read these notices whenever I want. Then, we will have names that we can look at when we are looking for a mod somewhere.

Remember, it is not just my job to make moderators, mods can help make them too. Just like baby rabbits make new rabbits... ummm gross

This is a cool addition! This should make it orderly for staff to choose new staff.
