This is my first Moderator Application for 2014!

Well, I haven't been a Moderator in special things but I have in xats.
I was in plenty of chats and the owners liked me, so is that good enough?
I haven't been in any CPPS so yeah.
What I will Do
I will not abuse my powers in any way.
I will ban if someone has done something wrong 3 times and I have kicked them
3 times. I will kick three times if they do something wrong 3 times.
I will not disrespect anyone in anyway, including the other users and fellow staff.
I will help the other users with other problems.
I will NEVER NEVER EVER give up or quit.
What I know
I know again that 3 kicks = 1 ban.
I know a lot of people will need my help.
I can't be inactive every single day.
I can't ignore the people who TRULY need my help.
I can't unban people Damen has banned for a reason.
I know I can't be inapp.
I cannot start drama.
I can't ignore people who are doing really bad.
I have to pay close attention on users movements.
This is my Moderator Application!
My goal is 20 likes+.
