My Moderator Application:
Introduction
Hello Moderators/Administrators and others whom are reading my Moderator application. From this point I would like to say thank you for at least coming to look at my Moderator Application, it means a lot to me. Well, I know I have applied for Moderator in the past but now I’ve got this good feeling, I just can’t explain what it is. I have never been a Moderator on this site but I think that it is finally time that I should become one after trying for almost about 7 months, I have to say, and I think I would be a good one!
What is your name and age?
Well, my name is simple, you can tell by my forums/OldCP username that it is in fact Kaitlyn and I am 11 years old but I can be very mature at times, especially when someone tells me to be, but I also like to have fun, too, so you can find me being mature at times. I know that I am mature because I helped Maggie with her bullying problem, she is now the sweetest and most innocent little girl that you will ever see.
Experience:
Well, for starters, I have been on OldCP since v.4, v.5, or v.6, I seriously forgot and then OldCP was shut down and I later came back to see that OldCP was actually back up and then I again made another account under the name of iKaitlyn, before I has the name Arencibia7 and my forums user was Arencibia. I have also been on forums, not since February, but early December on my Arencibia account. I do have experience as an Head Administrator, a Staff Leader, and a Moderator, I did apply for all of these ranks, except for Staff Leader, Staff Leader I was promoted from Moderator to Staff Leader and was so happy, I don’t really have experience as an Head Administrator yet because I applied for this and I got it, but the cpps has not come out yet, so I will have experience for that later on. I was a Moderator on Cloud CPPS and then a few days later, I was promoted to what they called Staff Leader, so as you can tell I was a pretty decent Moderator, well at least in my opinion. I also believe that I do know the Moderator ‘ways’ as I call them. 3 kicks=1 ban 3 bans= 1 IpBan.
Have you ever broken a rule?
Yes, but I have learned from my mistakes and in my other mod apps it said that I didn’t but I thought, ‘no more with the lies, I want these people to actually trust me’ so, I am admitting that I have broken a rule, but I have learned from my mistakes.
Will you respect others in everyway?[/u]
I will respect every single user that comes on to the server and I promise that if they say that they were new and there are other moderators in the town to take-over my spot, then I will give them a tour around OldCP. I will only disrespect, kind of, the people that disrespect me, I mean who wouldn’t? In other words, if ther respect me, I will respect them as well.
Other Reasons:[/u]
The first other reason why I think that I would make a good Moderator is because I am kind/nice to people anywhere and everywhere. To back this up, like always, I will give you a long ago back story, well as you know, a long time ago, I won this award in my school called the ‘My Child Did the Right Thing’ award and basically this award is all in its name. I got this award because I found a mobile phone in the parking lot and I returned it to the lost and found, it turned out to be one of the teacher’s telephones that worked there and the teacher was super-duper grateful. Another reason why I think I would be a good Moderator because I am on either like 3 hours a day or on some days online 30 minutes and when I go on for 30 minutes it is usually in the mornings when very few Moderators are on and when I go on for like three hours, I am on at like 5:00 to 8:00 or 9:00 or sometimes 10:00 occasionally. Even sometimes I am on in the morning and afternoon. Another reason why I know that I have gotten more mature is because if you look at my old account, Arencibia, her posts were all about I want mod this, I want mod that, and now I am more mature and most of my posts are not about getting Moderator. I also know how to handle a large amount of people because I have a very large family, just alone I have 9 siblings counting my ‘step’ siblings. I also, the other day realized another reason, that reason was because as you know I want some authority in life and I LOVE to help as much as I can, it’s a hobby of mine, don’t judge. Well, can’t you see what I am saying perfect match to a Moderator of OldCP. I also will be perfect because some of the Moderators don’t know Spanish, and I study Spanish in my school so I could be a decent Moderator and I, myself, believe I have good/decent grammar for an 11 year-old, I mean have the best grammar in my Gifted Class. Another reason is that I am in Gifted, this means that most of the time, I will make intelligent decisions about what to do.
What will you do as Moderator?[/u]
I swear I will do all of the following:
As Moderator of OldCP I would do the following:
~I will take my job seriously when needed and have at least three witnesses or a Picture Proof~
~I will ban/kick/ipban ONLY if the person who is telling me has proof~
~I will respect everyone and other Moderators as well~
~I will try my best and sure I’ll have a mistake or two as Moderator, but I will learn from them~
~I will take my job seriously and if I leave the town, I will make sure another Moderator~
~I will respect Damen gratefully and obey all of his orders~
As Moderator of OldCP I Won’t do the following:
~I won’t think that I am better than anyone else~
~I won’t threaten any other Moderator/User~
~I won’t slack of on the job, for this is a very big responsibility~
~I won’t think that I am better than Damen at any time~
~I won’t quit the job and I won’t cry, sob, or show any of my feelings if I get demoted~

I have been working on this for about three days maybe thirty minutes each, twice a day, and I think it is my best Moderator Application yet. I am also excited because I got 500 reputation.
