Some penguins wanted to talk me in private rooms, then I summoned them to igloos with me for private room, then they left.. I asked them, they said they can't see me. How come they can't see me in any Igloos when they're Users? Once Staff came with me in Igloos, they can still see me.. Why can't Users see me in any Igloos?

Well maybe, it's just because they're fooling around? Or they're not friends with you? Just random thoughts.

Yes! This has happened many times with me and Sadie. I asked her to come to my igloo, but I had no clue where she was.

It's so weird though, remember when people spawned in one igloo but no one spawned them? I think I'm going crazy... Maybe someone was summoning us before...

It's just a glitch, don't worry Terry! This always happens to me and my friends so, we just keep on rejoining until we see each other! Hope this helped!

This has happened a few times for me, I'm pretty sure it's a glitch.

Yes, this happens with me a LOT. Whenever I go to igloo's, sometimes I can't see the users or they can't see me. Thanks for reporting and I hope Damen fixes this! +1!

This glitch happens a lot with me and other friends.They say they can't see me but I always see them perfectly.

This will help:
If someone says they can not see you, rejoin... If you can't see them, tell them to rejoin! Hope that will help! (It happens a lot to me)

Ok, because they're Staff that's how they can't see them in any igloos if there is Staff in igloos?

Don't worry Terry. This has happened to a lot of us, I believe. In a few situations, you may not see others or they might not be able to see you on their screen. If this does not get fixed, I recommend always use /rejoin. This refreshes the screen and usually reconnects players to players. This event has happened to me, as well as you. This occurs, not just to Staff, but to everyone. I am sure it is just a glitch or issue with the connection. I hope this helps. If you need anything else, feel free to ask! I'd be glad to help.
