3 Warns = 1 Kick
3 Kicks = 1 Ban
3 Bans = 1 ipban
/warn ( Username ) Gives Penguin A Warning
/ban ( Username ) Bans Penguin For A Certain Amount Of Time
/kick ( Username ) Puts User In Jail For 2 Seconds
/arrest ( Username ) Puts User In Jail
/release ( Username ) Releases User From Jail
/unban ( Username ) Ban Finishes And User Can Go Back Online
/ipban ( Username ) Ipbans User. All Users Accounts Are Banned, You Cant Make New Ones.
/unipban ( Username ) User's Penguins Can Go Back Online
/whisper ( Username ) ( Text ) Whispers Text To What Moderator Sent.
/summon ( Username ) Brings User To Room Where There Is A Moderator.
/global or /g ( Text ) Sends Everybody In Game Window With Same Text
/room ( Text ) Sends Everybody Online To The Same Room With Same Text Window.

How To Get Forums Title Member: You Get This Rank When You Have 200 Posts, You Cant Get This When You Start Off Straight Away.

How To Get Forums Title Master: You Get MasterRank When You Have 500 Posts. Also, If Your Rank Is Rookie, Member Or Banned, You Can Not Get This Rank Now, This Is Very Annoying.

How To Get Forums Title Knight: Knights Apparently Don't Exist Anymore On OldCP, What They Are, If You Reached It e.g Mico, Zeternal Then You Will Have This Title. ( You Can Not Earn This Now )

How To Get Forums Title News Reporter: For This, You Will Be Able To Use The NEWS Category. You Normally ( As Your Job ) Report Things Which Have Happened On OldCP.

How To Get Forums Title Moderator: You Will Be Able To Walk On Walls In OldCP And Ban And Arrest, You Have Titles Too.
