Hi,
This rule has been for a long time, though people are bypassing it. Tinychat has been banned from DSGHQ since April! Unless you have a special permission, you may not advertise any tinychat parties. If you do not believe me, I'd suggest you read the following links, for it will be helpful. I'll delete all the moods with tinychat advertisement.
