And so you can observe how other workers do their jobs. I would also suggest adding more details about why you want this job, your experience, reasons why you would be good for this position, how long you've been on the Forums and OldCP, your trustworthiness, etc. Do not forget to explain on each section of your application so they can understand how this job fits you. You need lots of more detail, and you need to add commas, periods, capitalzation.
There is alot of work to be done.

But if you take your time, and if you show that you are trustworthy enough, I am sure you will get the job.
