I think it's just glitches or was mistakes when he became mod like happened to Kara when she is mod it made twice name with 'kara' and 'Kara'.

It is not a glitch. Damen edits the site to type new stuff, including the staff list. Thank you for reporting it, and Damen should fix it anytime soon.

 Yes, this was probably a minor mistake which Damen made because he might of forgot to edit the site before and added him twice.
