I was right next to my brother when he cussed at StarWolf. I can't go on it because my whole family shares a computer and when I get on his phone, it says IP Banned

Hm,
I want to believe you're telling the truth, but there is no way to tell for sure :c. Unless, like many of the people above said, you DO have proof, in which case you should show to someone who will be able to un-ip ban you :).

Proof isn't everything. Just because the guy doesn't have proof doesn't prove he did it. I recommend that he gets unbanned. If he didn't do it then good for him, if he did then hopefully he'll learn from his mistakes.

I'm not saying I believe him but we need to be decent about it.

Give him another chance, as I said,
