You should never abuse power

1. /arrest (username)
2. /REALEASE (username)


3 When a person cusses on oldcp a knight must Ban them for 2 seconds than realease.
4. The second time they come you arrest them for 2 seconds.
5. The 3rd time a Knight Has to arrest them for the rest of the Day
