PW(Penguin Watch) is an elite group of Users who keeps the island safe from threats, blackhawks and other serious cases which I am willing to join and aid in.

I have tons of experience from being a former Detective. I have tackled a few cases like Death Event and some classified. I have lots of information about the organization known as The BH(Black Hawks) from a member himself which I am willing to share.
