Hello! I decided I wanted to make a Penguin Watch application! I'm a LITTLE nervous since this is gonna hopefully be my longest application. Thank you! Read on.

Experience:
I've been a former Penguin Watch Captain for a month or a month in a half. The last job I have gotten was Banker, but the Empire was sadly removed due to some Protesting going on. So, I decided I want a rank that was gladly NOT removed! Thank you, Damen! I also have many badges, I think 12.
Why I want to be Brother Of The Watch:
I want to be a Brother of the Watch because, 1. it would be great to earn my job back, because I have learned from my mistake, most definitely. 2. I am well known on OldCP. Many new people ask me for help, and I help them straight away. 3. I am willing to earn a rank back because many people want me to have a rank back. They believe in me, so I have to believe in myself. 4. When mods are AFK, I can do the job for them and kick the cussers, or Miley Cyrus's.
Bullying:
Bullying is a big topic. A topic that we need to make smaller. I've been trying to stop bullying with kind words. Kind words to out smart the bullying. Now, bullying is crueler than it sounds. I've been bullied in real life, tossed down, punched, and other stuff. Bullying happens more than it should. It could be happening right now. These are questions to you: If you saw a kid pushed down, would you help her up? If you saw someone being picked on, will you tell a teacher? What would you say to the bully?
If you're watching someone be bullied, and you think "I'm not bullying I'm not being rude", you're actually being a bully by not standing up for someone in need of a lot of help. The bully could lie and everyone could be bullied for a while without the teachers knowing about the situations.
Why not a higher rank?
Higher ranks are more complicated. I would like a small rank that is just right for me! I know one hundred percent why mods get a little frustrated at times! Mobs of people just ram in like bulls saying (THIS IS AN EXAMPLE NAME) BAKONNNNN!!!!! BAKON! BAKON! HEY BAKON! BAKON THIS USER CUSSED! BAKON! MAKE ME MOD BAKON!! And so on. (

Warns, Kicks, Bans.
3 warnings = 3 kicks.
3 kicks = ban.
(I am NOT sure if PW can arrest, since when I was a PW Captain the jail did not exist.)
Once a brother, always a brother. You can never leave the PW once you are employed.
Always undercover. A brother of the PW must never reveal their abilities to others. If their cover is blown, they will be sentenced to death and may never gain a rank again.
Captains of the PW can reveal their position in the Penguin Watch, but undercover brothers must never ask for this promotion.
Online 3 times per week, 10 minutes each.
A brother of the PW must commit to the minimum online time. If this is betrayed their rank will be stolen.
Penguin Watch members at times of distress on OldCP, perhaps a crisis to do with the Crime Office, will be entrusted with a firearm. Firearm rules apply to these members.
Fight against bullies, you do not need to judge according to the individual rules like moderators, you can kick a bully if you think they are being mean.
I will:
Stay on for ten minutes 3 times per week.
Keep my job secret, and do my VERY best to not get my cover blown.
Not ask for promotion.
Not abuse my powers.
Make sure to keep everyone safe.
Places I will Watch:
-Town,
-Pet Shop,
-Plaza
-/jr ava. (Just in case.)
(Other places will be included if needed.)
Protecting OldCP:
Well, protecting OldCP means a LOT to me, and it should to everyone of you!
Extras:
I will keep my job as long as possible,
I will do my best on everything.
I will report hackers to mods.
