Hello.
This is my 2nd Application for Moderator.
I have gotten much constructive criticism for my first application, so let's try this again.
This is gonna be a long read, so step right up and enjoy the show….
I have been among you, for far longer then you know. My first penguin was named Ninjapika1, back before there was any staff other than mod and administrator. I remember good faces such as Santalun, who was the 1st penguin to ever say I had potential as a mod. Back then, my 10-year old mind was blown.
Then, the Dark Ages of OldCP came. Back in OldCP chat, a Penguin Chat-like interface. Not a lot of people were on that, and many moderators were strayed away from OldCP after that.
And who could forget about SnailChat? It was amazing. So many good faces. Anybody remember the Rainbow Shell? I do! Remember HarryPot9's Total Drama Show? I do! Remember SnailDrop(before the app)? I do!
And here we are today. Now, 13, I still strive to help all penguins in need. I use Ninjapika1 seldom now, but you still may see him every once in a while. Mostly now, if you see me, I will be using Palpatine.
But I make it seem like my OldCP experience has been perfect. Well, no, it hasn't. I have gotten banned, disappointed, crushed, and sad here. But now is a good time. I have lots of friends, and everybody is so nice to me. I feel like I only have a few enemies now. And that can make anybody feel special.
But, again, I cannot place all of my success on myself. My journey cannot be explained without the penguins that made it happen. Santalun, who made my moderator dream, Adawg, who helped it come true, Damen, who helped me in my toughest times, and all of you, for continuing to inspire me every single day.
And now, here we are at moderator. I want to help all of my friends(and enemies) who have helped shape me. And all of the kindness I have been shown, I want to help give it back. Compassion must be spread like peanut butter, and Kindness is the jelly. And people (or penguins) are the bread, keeping it all together. Thank you for listening to my application.
